What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device. It lets the site remember what you did last time, such as a chosen package or a dismissed message. Cookies are not programs and they cannot access other files on your device.
The cookies we use
- Essential cookies. These keep the booking flow working, remember your cookie choice and protect our forms. Without them the site does not function properly.
- Preference cookies. These remember details like the service page you looked at last so we can show sensible suggestions.
- Analytics cookies. These tell us which pages are read and where visitors leave, so we can improve the site. The data is aggregated and not tied to your name.
Third party cookies
Our booking widget and map embed are provided by outside companies, and they may set their own cookies when those parts of the page load. These third parties have their own privacy and cookie policies, which we do not control.
Managing your choice
The first time you visit our home page, a banner appears with an accept option and a decline option. Accepting allows analytics and preference cookies to run. Declining keeps only the essential ones, and the site still works for booking. Your choice is stored and remembered next time you visit.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Instructions are different for every browser, but they normally sit under Settings, then Privacy, then Cookies.
