Heat that outlasts the session
The warmth does not stop when you step out the door. Many guests still feel it through the muscles a day or two later.
A slow, heat-led treatment for people carrying tension that has resisted ordinary massage.
Stones are warmed to between 50 and 55 degrees and tested against your skin before anything else happens. We lay them along the paraspinal muscles and let them sit, then glide them with oil through the larger muscle groups. The heat widens blood vessels and slows the nervous system down, which is why this works so well for people whose shoulders have been up around their ears for months. Cold marble stones finish briefly on any area that feels inflamed.

Marble stones at the close settle any area that got too warm, so you leave even rather than heavy.
No talking unless you want it. Lights down, oil warm, music kept low and one therapist the whole way through.
Two of our therapists trained in traditional Hawaiian lomilomi and brought the stone technique back with them. Basalt holds heat longer than anything else, and getting the temperature right for each body takes practice. Too hot and you tense up instead of letting go. We test every stone on our own forearm before it touches a guest.
Every ritual includes a foot soak, warm oil and quiet room time after the treatment.
A shorter version that still runs heat through the back, shoulders and legs from start to finish.
The complete stone sequence from feet to scalp, finishing with the cold marble pass over the neck and back.
Two hours that fold in a warm oil scalp treatment and a short passive stretch sequence on the table.
Six stages from the foot soak to the last sip of tea.
Ten minutes in warm water with eucalyptus while you settle and fill out a short health form.
Your therapist checks skin temperature and lays the first heated stones along the back.
Stones move with slow strokes down the legs and up the arms, reheated as they cool.
Hands and stones work together on any knot the heat has loosened enough to reach.
Cool marble stones glide over the shoulders and neck to settle the nervous system.
You stay on the table under a blanket, then move through to the lounge for tea.
Warm light, quiet rooms and stones heated from early morning.
A few of the things people want to know before they climb on the table.
Book a stone ritual and let the heat do the part your shoulders have been waiting for.
