Using our services

By booking a treatment with Voltrushs, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not make a booking and contact us before using the site further.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the version that applies when you book.

Bookings and confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once we have sent you a confirmation email or text. Requests submitted through our website are not confirmed until you hear back from us.

  • Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment time.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment, charged at the full price.
  • You must tell us about any injury, medical condition, medication or pregnancy that could affect your treatment.

Pricing and payment

Prices listed on this site and in the studio are in Australian dollars and include GST. We can change prices at any time, but never after a booking is confirmed without telling you first.

Payment is taken at the end of the treatment unless you have prepaid online. Gift vouchers must be presented on the day and are valid for twelve months from purchase.

Health and safety

Our therapists are trained in remedial and relaxation techniques, but they are not doctors. If a therapist believes a treatment is unsuitable for you on the day, they may adapt it or decline to proceed and refer you to a health professional.

You agree to disclose anything relevant to your safety. We reserve the right to stop a session if continuing would put you or the therapist at risk.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Voltrushs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or this website. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
